Delivery Process

Our delivery process is designed to be seamless and hassle-free. Once you place an order, each product goes through a careful inspection before being securely packaged and handed over to our trusted delivery partners.

Your package is then shipped and delivered to your doorstep at the earliest possible time. If, for any reason, the delivery partner is unable to reach your address or deliver at a convenient time, they will get in touch with you directly to ensure a smooth and successful delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email and WhatsApp message with your tracking number and courier details. You can check the live status of your package within 12 hours of dispatch through the provided link. For pan-India deliveries, we partner with Shiprocket to ensure safe and timely delivery.

 

Estimated Delivery Time

We usually dispatch orders within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Once dispatched, your package typically reaches you within 3–6 working days, depending on your delivery location in India.

 

Shipping Charges

We offer FREE shipping on all orders above ₹599. For orders below ₹599, a flat shipping fee of ₹99 is applicable.

Good news – we don’t charge anything extra for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders! 😊
