Cancellation by Customer
We know that sometimes plans change, and we want to make things as smooth as possible for you. You can cancel your order anytime before it has been dispatched by simply messaging us on WhatsApp or giving our customer service a call. Once your order is on its way, it can no longer be cancelled.
In rare cases, if we suspect any fraudulent activity or a transaction that goes against our Terms & Conditions, we may cancel the order at our discretion. We keep track of such cases to ensure a safe shopping experience for all our customers, and repeat offenders may be restricted from placing future orders.
Returns
Your satisfaction means everything to us. Since we deal with food products, we follow a strict no return or exchange policy to ensure the highest standards of safety and quality.
That said, if your order ever reaches you damaged or not in perfect condition, we’re here to help. Simply reach out to us at wecare@groolo.in within 48 hours of delivery, and our team will arrange a replacement after verifying the issue.
